Riderwood
Our six-week rotation at Riderwood kept us busy! We joined a phenomenal team in the kitchen of Seasons and the Wye Oak Pub where we gained extensive experience in food service. Our days were spent working side by side with the kitchen staff preparing meals for the residents and taking time to prepare for our Cinco de Mayo theme meal. The support and encouragement the staff of the pub and the kitchen gave us was amazing- we were so touched! Our theme meal went off without a hitch and we loved delivering meals to the fabulous residents at Riderwod. Click on our festive PDF on the right to checkout our Riderwood Theme Meal Binder. Click here to see the commercial we developed to market our theme meal. Our commercial was geared toward to residents at Riderwood and was played on Riderwood's internal TV channel that is available to the residents. During our theme meal, many residents told us they loved our commercial! |

Patient sensitive data has been removed from the report and presentation. Click here to see my case study. |
